Cancellation Policy

Your well-being is our priority. To ensure a safe, respectful, and effective therapeutic environment, please review and adhere to the following policies: • Sessions are by appointment only. • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your session. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time. • A valid credit card is required to hold appointments, even if paying with another method. Cancellation & Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50–100% of the session fee, unless due to emergency or illness. • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in denial of future bookings. Health & Safety • Please reschedule if you are feeling ill, have a fever, contagious condition, or open wounds. • Therapists reserve the right to cancel or stop a session if a client appears unwell or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. • Hygiene is a mutual responsibility. Please arrive clean, and know your therapist will do the same. • This is a professional, therapeutic practice. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be due. Payment & Packages • Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged in advance. • Packages must be used within the specified time period and are non-refundable. Feedback & Adjustments • Open communication is encouraged. Please speak up if pressure, temperature, or anything else needs adjusting. • You’re always in control—you may stop the session at any time.
