Service Description

Sound baths are meditative journeys that intentionally use sound to nourish and restore mind, body and spirit. Sound has been used from the beginning of time for healing from the use if the drum in ceremony to singing beside flowing water, sound and music has been an integral medicine. Studies have shown that sound baths may reduce stress, anxiety and mental blockages as well as supporting resolve of emotional and hormonal imbalances. This practice may also be beneficial for those suffering from chronic pain and fatigue We start by drawing a hexagram from the book of changes to acknowledge the nature of change your meditative journey will take you through. Next, you’ll get in a comfortable position while Sound bowls and other instruments are played. We’ll close out with a conversation about what come up for you during your session. Sound Baths can be done in person or virtually. Virtual sessions are best done using headphones or a Bluetooth speaker.
