Cancellation Policy
To ensure a safe, respectful, and effective experience, please review the following session policies: 1. Scope of Practice Shamonic Reiki is a form of energy work that blends Reiki with breath, elemental meditation, sound healing, and guided intuitive techniques. It is a complementary healing modality and does not replace licensed medical or psychological care. No diagnoses will be given during sessions. 2. Confidentiality All sessions are private and confidential. Personal information and experiences shared during your session are held in strict confidence, except where disclosure is required by law. 3. Consent and Participation By booking a session, you agree to participate willingly. You may end the session at any time. Practitioners will always ask permission before physical contact and honor your boundaries. 4. Health and Safety Please reschedule if you are experiencing symptoms of illness. Practitioners may refuse or end a session if a client appears under the influence or presents a safety concern. 5. Late Arrival and Cancellation Please arrive on time. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. 6. Payment and Refunds Payment is due in full at the time of booking or service. All sales are final. There are no refunds for completed, missed, or canceled sessions within 24hrs, regardless of circumstance.
